Sometimes great teamwork begins in moments shared away from the office. Imagine spending a week on the water learning to sail.

Vacations can be the perfect time to gain new skills and connect with teammates in totally unique ways, as seen during our employees’ recent sailing adventure. A week spent sailing was more than just an adventure, it was a hands-on lesson on teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, skills that are essential both on the water and in the workplace. Enjoying the beautiful views was an added bonus.

The unpredictable summer weather and constantly changing conditions were a real chance to step outside the comfort zone and put new skills into practice.

GRYFTEC has onboarded over 100 interns, each bringing fresh perspectives, ideas, and a passion for tech. Many of them returned after graduation as full-time team members and have built their careers with us.

🚀 We’re just launching our 2025 Summer Internship Program.

This summer, 11 young people will join us and complete their internships with dedicated mentorship across various departments. We are hosting students from Zachodniopomorski Uniwersytet Technologiczny w Szczecinie, Politechnika Śląska, Politechnika Morska w Szczecinie, and Politechnika Koszalińska.

We are happy to have you on board and wish you a valuable time and a great experience ahead.

Running can be fun. Doing it with your team turns into a memorable adventure.

We are proud to share that our mixed team, 3M/1K won an impressive 15th place out of 115 teams in the Swanson Business Race, Bieg Szatfet Firmowych. It was our first company relay race, and already such a great result!

Job fairs are a perfect example of how valuable direct contact can be, because no online job posting can replace a real conversation with people who know their company and industry.

Last week, we had the opportunity to participate in job fairs organized by the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin and the University of Technology in Koszalin. Two days filled with conversations with IT students.

Internship opportunities, the latest projects, tech stack, and team atmosphere were among the most frequently discussed topics.

We hope we answered them all and that our paths cross again soon.
