  Our company is entering a new stage of development, and we are looking for someone to support us in the role of Business Development Specialist. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to identify opportunities, and a strong understanding of clients’ needs.

  You will play a key role and be a reliable go-to contact with our key clients, supporting our business growth and building long-term relationships with new clients and maintaining existing ones.

  If you are familiar with the IT industry and enjoy turning conversation into partnerships, we will give you the space to grow.

  Salary range: 10 000- 14 000 PLN/month 

Responsibilities:

• Actively search for new clients and identify business opportunities
• Build new partnerships and maintain existing ones
• Prepare sales proposals, pricing, and presentations
• Manage the full cycle of the sales process, from initial contact to final agreement
• Conduct communication and business negotiations
• Influence on the company’s sales strategy
• Actively cooperate with the marketing team to increase brand awareness
• Support delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met
• Represent the company during trade fairs, events and conferences
• Suggest improvements to processes and analyze the market
• Readiness to undertake business trips

Qualifications:

• Fluency in business communication English and Polish
• German language will be considered as an additional asset
• Proactive personality with a strong sales mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-driven skills and a can-do attitude
• Motivation to grow, react, and solve issues
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 software stack
