Last week, we hosted the authorities from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Zachodniopomorski Uniwersytet Technologiczny w Szczecinie: Dean Grzegorz Psuj, DSc, PhD, Eng., Marcin Wardach, DSc, PhD, Eng., Krzysztof Jaroszewski, PhD, Eng., and Katarzyna Trela, PhD, Eng.

The meeting was an opportunity to exchange ideas and share experiences. Our guest toured our office and met students and graduates from this faculty, who make up a significant part of our team. The discussions focus on possibilities to deepen our cooperation and work on new forms of support for development in the areas of education and technology transfer.

Our meeting concluded with real ideas we plan to implement together.

Shared journey: reflecting on 20 years of partnership with Lauterbach GmbH
GRYFTEC Embedded Systems team has many reasons to celebrate this year. Recently, we marked 20 years in business, and today we are celebrating two decades of collaboration and joint contributions with Lauterbach GmbH. We are honored that Lauterbach GmbH, the global market leader of debug- and trace tools, entrusted us with an opportunity that led to a partnership that continued for 20 years. This is a remarkable achievement and a reason to celebrate.

Starting with one project – how it all began
Lauterbach GmbH is a company with impressive achievements, a global presence around the world and the company where it all started.

When we started our cooperation in 2004, the Polish market of engineering services looked completely different. Many highly skilled engineers were looking for challenges and interesting projects to undertake. The opportunities offered by Poland’s growing engineering services market were a natural fit for a company looking for support with its product development.

On 23rd of April 2015, the company GRYFTEC signed a letter of intent with the University of Technology and Economics (WSTE) in Szczecin.

Cooperation will concern, cooperation in education program planning, to support the university staff with own engineers, help with building the model of dual education as well as of offering traineeships and job offers to WSTE graduates.

On 1st of October 2012, GRYFTEC started a new partnership with the German engines and engine components developer MTU Friedrichshafen GmbH. The aim of this cooperation is to help MTU to start up a new subsidiary in Stargard Szczecinski, especially a R&D department. We are confident, that the knowledge of our employees and the long experience of our company in Embedded Systems and testing software for Embedded Systems will result in a long and successful collaboration with our new partner.
