GRYFTEC has onboarded over 100 interns, each bringing fresh perspectives, ideas, and a passion for tech. Many of them returned after graduation as full-time team members and have built their careers with us.

🚀 We’re just launching our 2025 Summer Internship Program.

This summer, 11 young people will join us and complete their internships with dedicated mentorship across various departments. We are hosting students from Zachodniopomorski Uniwersytet Technologiczny w Szczecinie, Politechnika Śląska, Politechnika Morska w Szczecinie, and Politechnika Koszalińska.

We are happy to have you on board and wish you a valuable time and a great experience ahead.

Last week, our team participated in the 4th edition of the Career Fair at the Politechnika Morska in Szczecin.
This event attracted 26 companies from the maritime industry and related sectors, providing visitors with valuable insights. It marked our company’s first presence at the Politechnika Morska career fair, and we are confident that it will not be the last.

Our booth attracted many visitors looking for internships and new career opportunities, giving us an excellent opportunity to showcase our offerings and establish new contacts with students and graduates. We believe this is the beginning of a significant collaboration.
