Vacations can be the perfect time to gain new skills and connect with teammates in totally unique ways, as seen during our employees’ recent sailing adventure. A week spent sailing was more than just an adventure, it was a hands-on lesson on teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, skills that are essential both on the water and in the workplace. Enjoying the beautiful views was an added bonus.

The unpredictable summer weather and constantly changing conditions were a real chance to step outside the comfort zone and put new skills into practice.
