Vacations can be the perfect time to gain new skills and connect with teammates in totally unique ways, as seen during our employees’ recent sailing adventure. A week spent sailing was more than just an adventure, it was a hands-on lesson on teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, skills that are essential both on the water and in the workplace. Enjoying the beautiful views was an added bonus.

The unpredictable summer weather and constantly changing conditions were a real chance to step outside the comfort zone and put new skills into practice.

We are honored that Lauterbach GmbH, the global market leader of debug- and trace tools, entrusted us with an opportunity that led to a partnership that continued for 20 years. This is a remarkable achievement and a reason to celebrate.

Starting with one project – how it all began
Lauterbach GmbH is a company with impressive achievements, a global presence around the world and the company where it all started.

When we started our cooperation in 2004, the Polish market of engineering services looked completely different. Many highly skilled engineers were looking for challenges and interesting projects to undertake. The opportunities offered by Poland’s growing engineering services market were a natural fit for a company looking for support with its product development.

The summer is in full swing, bringing a well-deserved rest, but we’re not slowing down.

We’ve just kicked off our summer internship program, which will run through the end of September. This year, we’ll welcome students from West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, Maritime University of Szczecin, and Warsaw University of Technology.

For all the students joining us this year, get ready for a new experience where you’ll:

• gain hands-on experience in embedded systems
• benefit from an individually assigned mentor, supporting you all the way
• find the right career path and explore your passions
• contribute to interesting projects
• work in a friendly environment and learn the basics of business operations such as company culture, team collaboration, and process workflow.

This is the next edition of summer internships, where our team members share their expertise in different areas focused on software development, testing, and quality assurance.
